Lang and Nelson Join ADC Board
Tamara Lang, MPA, from UC Health and Adison Nelson, MSOL, from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center have also joined the ADC Board of Trustees.
Ms. Lang is Director of Community Relations at UC Health. She spent more than 20 years at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, where she served in multiple roles, including director of Women Excel, the Chamber’s platform of leadership development programs for women in business; manager of Business Education and Leadership Roundtable Programs; and Legislative and Policy Analyst. She earned her Bachelors in Political Science & Policy Studies from Syracuse University and her Masters in Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
Ms. Nelson, MSOL, is Director of Community Relations at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Prior to joining Cincinnati Children’s, Ms. Nelson served as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business and Supplier Diversity Specialist with Cintas Corporation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fischer College of Business and her Master of Science, Organizational Leadership from the Mount St. Joseph University.
Ms. Nelson has been recognized as a 2009 YWCA of Greater Cincinnati Rising Star, a 2010 Business Courier Forty under 40, and is heavily involved in ArtsWave. She serves on the board of the Greater Cincinnati STEM Collaborative and the Cincinnati Public School Business Advisory Council.
