  •Construct one building into up to 76 residential rental units, consisting of approx. 53,696 sf of residential space.

  •Construct one building into approx. 5,800 sf of community outreach space. 

  •Construct one surface parking lot into 69 spaces.

Total project cost, including hard and soft costs is estimated to be at approx. $15 – $20M.

• Project is estimated to take 18-24 months to complete.

• Final Plan Presented to ACC: 120 Days/Q2 2024

• Groundbreaking: Q3 2024

• Construction to begin in Fall 2024
