  • Hale Avenue Townhomes - Phase II consists of 14 newly constructed workforce townhome style homes located at the corner of Hale & Hallwood Avenues in Avondale.

Fossett Village

  • Located at 3584 Alaska Avenue

Bogart & Glenwood Infill

  • The Bogart Infill Housing Project includes the design, construction, and completion of four (4) new single-family homes on 4 separate sites (2 on Bogart Avenue and 2 on Glenwood Avenue).

  • The homes will consist of 3-bedroom units with a unit square foot size of approximately 1,400-1,600 sft.

  • The 4 units will be affordable to individuals in the 115% AMI range.
