Project Highlights
8,300 square feet of new commercial space, envisioned for neighborhood-serving businesses, food enterprises, wellness services, and flexible community programming.
18 newly constructed rental units, bringing new, high-quality housing to Avondale’s central corridor.
Comprehensive pre-development work is underway to determine the best layout for the multifamily and commercial components while preserving the building’s historic character—a priority for both developers and neighborhood residents.
Roof stabilization is scheduled to begin soon, preparing the structure for the major redevelopment phases ahead.
